Saving Lives Danielskuil is proud to stand alongside our community—turning compassion into action, one child, one family, one life at a time.
Saving Lives Danielskuil was founded in June 2020 by Samolene Bloem, who, along with fellow members of the Community Policing Forum, recognised the deep connection between crime, poverty, and hunger in the town of Danielskuil. What began as a small initiative to deliver hot meals and basic necessities has since grown into a fully-fledged community organisation serving Maranteng and surrounding areas.
Over the years, we’ve launched the Maranteng Aftercare Programme, organised annual Christmas Box distributions, and run continuous clothing and food drives – all aimed at restoring dignity, providing practical support, and bringing hope to children and families in need.
At Saving Lives Danielskuil, our targeted programmes are designed to meet the most urgent needs of children and families in our community. From daily educational support to festive care drives, each initiative delivers practical help and hope where it matters most.
Empower today’s learners and families with your support. Whether you volunteer your time, donate via EFT or help us spread the word, every action fuels our aftercare, meal programmes and community drives.
Every contribution fuels our programmes and brings hope to Danielskuil’s most vulnerable children and families.
Ensure ongoing homework support, life-skills coaching and daily meals for learners.
Help us provide care packages—clothing, toys, essentials and holiday meals—to families in need.
Keep our clothes & food drives ready to assist anyone facing hardship at a moment’s notice.
All funds stay local, directly supporting Saving Lives Danielskuil’s hands-on projects and ensuring every Rand makes a real difference.
Empower today’s learners and families with your support. Whether you volunteer your time, donate via EFT or help us spread the word, every action fuels our aftercare, meal programmes and community drives.
